Ai ama!-k bere webgunearen bidez (www.aiamaeuskadi.eus) tailerrak, jarduerak eta bestelako zerbitzuak eskaintzen ditu. Erreserbak egitean, baldintza hauek onartzen dira.
2. Erreserbak eta ordainketak
Erreserbak webgunearen bidez egiten dira eta ordainketa seguruaren bidez (Stripe, PayPal edo transferentzia) burutzen dira.
3. Ezeztapenak eta itzulketak
Ezeztapenak jarduera hasi baino 48 ordu lehenago arte onartuko dira. Geroago egindako ezeztapenetan ez da dirurik itzuliko.
4. Erantzukizuna
Ai ama! ez da arduradun jarduera egiterakoan parte-hartzaileak eragindako kalteen aurrean.
5. Jabetza intelektuala
Webguneko eduki guztiak (testuak, irudiak, logotipoak…) Ai ama!-ren jabetza dira eta baimenik gabe erabiltzea debekatuta dago.
6. Legeria eta jurisdikzioa
Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko eta Espainiako legedia aplikatuko da. Edozein gatazka Bilboko epaitegietan ebatziko da.

1. Nature of the service
Ai ama! offers workshops, activities and other services through its website (www.aiamaeuskadi.eus). By booking, you accept these terms.
2. Bookings and payments
Bookings are made via the website and payment is processed through secure platforms (Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer).
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the activity starts. Cancellations after that time are non-refundable.
4. Liability
Ai ama! is not responsible for damages caused by participants during the activities.
5. Intellectual property
All website content (texts, images, logos…) belongs to Ai ama! and may not be used without permission.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Basque and Spanish law will apply. Any conflict will be resolved in the courts of Bilbao.
